Job description
Role & responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
- Proactively engage with leads generated through various channels, including but not limited to, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Present and explain insurance products effectively, addressing any concerns and objections to facilitate lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Insurance Policy Issuance:
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to expedite policy issuance while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and provide timely updates throughout the issuance process.
Customer Service:
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional needs, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance overall customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to expand the company's network and generate potential leads.
- Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service
