Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (0-1 yrs)
Job Purpose:
We are looking for Relationship Manager who's aim is to build trusting connections with customers and deliver individualized financial guidance and solutions that satisfy their needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establishing and preserving trusting connections with clients and acting as their main contact with the bank.
- Clients' financial needs and objectives are recognized, and individualized guidance and solutions are offered to suit those needs.
- Locating opportunities to upsell and cross-sell goods and services to customers while trying to meet sales goals.
- Making certain that customers receive exceptional customer service and that their problems and issues are handled quickly and effectively.
- Keeping thorough records of client contacts and transactions, as well as making sure all banking standards and practices are followed.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- Age should be between 25 to 30 Years (In Some Cases upto 35 Age will consider)
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of Experience is required - Any Field Sales Experience Required - But- from Agricultural Department line Agro and all - OR- - Banking Sector Experience is Required from any department
- Local Candidate is required
