Individual Contributor Role :
1) Responsible for handling the- prospects. 100% on B2C sales
2) Generation/souring of prospects appointments for the sales.
3) End to End Sales Profile- Generation of leads through Cold calling (Open Market), Scheduling Appointments with Prospect, personally meeting them and closing the sale.
4) Effective delivery of the sales presentations to the prospects.
5) Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.
6) Handling the HFRP (Happy Family Reference Program)
7) Capable to handle the customer issues/escalations effectively
8) Good in the B2C sale that's to say CDSO (Customer Direct Sales Officer) profile
Job Specification :
1) Candidates worked into membership/ policy kind of sales will be preferable
2) Preferably Male/Female with Go Getter attitude. Candidate with English Male/Female proficiency will be highly preferable
3) Must have potentials to turn prospect into customer
4) Must be good in interpersonal relations
5) Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
6) Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure
7) Have strong Decision-making abilities.
