We are hiring relationship manager for one of our client in Bangalore

Position : Relationship Manager

( Female Only)

Experience: 10 to 15 years in hospitality ( 5 Star Properties) or Large scale retail showrooms.

Age: Between 35 to 40

Salary: 5 to 7 lakhs

Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi. Candidate with proficiency in more languages is preferred.

Other requirements:

a) The incumbent should be trustworthy with impeccable integrity, sound work ethics,

dynamic and with excellent people communication skills.

b) Should have good references

c) Should be staying within 5 kms radius of Jayanagar

d) Must have expertise in handling VVIP & Celebrity Customers.

e) Excellent Communication skills.

f) Able to work with Sales Team and build rapport with Customers.

g) Should have no pressing personal responsibilities (current and in the near future) that prevent her from being fully involved with her work.

Job Description (Basic) :

a) Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.

b) Approach potential customers to establish relationships.

c) Build team work and optimise the team output.

d) Need to be a fast learner to understand and adapt to the Company culture.

e) Expected to build strong relationship with our customers and boost brand image.

f) Delivering Floor training sessions in consultation with SM/ Trainers

g) Conducting periodic review of staff job results and learning needs with the help of other Manager(s)/ Supervisor(s).

h) Arrange proper demonstration of merchandise with the help of FAs.

i) Making sure that the VM of the entire store is well maintained and up to date.

j) Prepare Sales and Customer Relation Report by analyzing and categorizing sales information.

k) Identify and investigate the customer complaints and suggestions.

l) Understand customer demands and ensure the stock level in consultation with SM

m) Be updated on maintaining awareness of market trends prevailing in the retail industry.

n) Update all the customers about new products, prepare personalized selections for VIP customers

o) Be the go-to manager for all customer related queries from the customers and the management.
