Prefinn - Relationship Manager - Sales - Home Loan & LAP Vertical (1-8 yrs)
1) Garner Loan against Property and Housing loan portfolio.
2) Cross-functional association with channel partners, consultants, Developers, etc. For achieving targets and timelines.
3) Continuous monitoring of disbursement with proper MIS for the management
4) Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and maintain high level of customer service.
5) Responsible for new customers/channel development for sustained business.
6) Adherence to internal policies and KYC norms while doing business.
