Relationship Manager - Sales - HealthTech (2-6 yrs)
A leading health-technology organization is looking for Relationship Managers at Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.
Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility of the role is to reach out to and on-board new customers and/or partners.
Some of the responsibilities would be as follows :
- Be able to understand customer requirements and communicate our product's benefits clearly - The product is unique but in a very legacy industry so being able to communicate this value will make all the difference -
- Be able to generate and manage a pipeline of corporates and SMEs -
- Coordinate with senior HR/business heads/senior mgmt. over phone/Email for initiating and closing the business -
- Be proactive and dependable
Requirements :
- We are on the lookout for motivated and driven individuals who can take initiative and communicate the value for a unique product. The candidate has to fulfill the following criteria:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Be a hunter - who doesn't give up and can be counted on.
- Past experience and connects or selling experience with large no. of corporates and SMEs' decision makers is a big plus
- Problem Solving and Handling multiple stressful & complicated situations.
- Immediate/Early joiners will be preferred.
- An understanding of insurance or health cos. is beneficial but not a must.
Experience :
- 2 years to 5 years
