General Accountability :
Generation of the business through agents and Roadshows
Nature & Scope of position :
- Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
- Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
- Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
- Training and agent life cycle management
- Brand development by conducting road shows
- Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM
Key relationship/ customers :
External Customers - IMDs (Life Insurance, Health company, Mutual funds) Housing societies and retail customers Internal Customers - Sales Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, HC Team, Underwriting Team, Claims Team

Requirements :
Qualification - MBA
Experience - Fresher
Preferred Industry - Insurance / Mutual fund, FMCG, Banking
- Experience of sales in previous job is preferred
