Relationship Manager - Sales - FinTech Solution - West (2-6 yrs)

This role centers on the pivotal task of onboarding and managing partners by offering tailored embedded finance solutions.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Assume ownership for cultivating new partnerships within the MSME domain, encompassing NBFCs/ DSAs, through strategic collaborations.
- Lead all facets of partner relationships, covering business development, empowerment, operations, technical integrations, and solution formulation.
- Foster enduring partnerships with stakeholders at all levels and departments. Direct interaction with founders and promoters may be necessary.
- Oversee the partner pipeline according to established frameworks, and substantially amplify the channel's growth within the designated region.
- Manage all aspects of relationship interfaces - from executive to product development, marketing, and delivery (operations).
- Engage in negotiating deal structures, commercial arrangements, and contractual agreements.
- This role entails frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Effectively communicate with the senior management team to offer consistent updates on regional sales performance and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with the credit and underwriting team to ensure a seamless loan origination process for customers.
Desired Skills :
- Profound negotiation and indirect/cross-functional stakeholder management aptitude.
- Ability to establish initial connections within partner organizations.
- Basic grasp of APIs and digital loan journeys.
- Previous experience in a Business Development role, particularly with Fintechs/NBFCs.
Qualifications :
- 2-6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or business development within the finance domain.
- Previous track record of managing B2B relationships in NBFCs or banks is essential.
