Relationship Manager - Sales - FinTech (1-5 yrs)
- Generate new leads in innovative ways - via cold calls, field networking, online research or through leads from banking partners
- Conduct product demos regularly and customize product offering in partnership with the technical teams
- Ensure a healthy lead pipeline of prospective clients
- On-board new clients to ensure effective and efficient use of the Atom services
- Persuade potential leads about the benefits of Atom services
- Foster and develop long-term partnerships and relationships
- New merchant tie ups, Reseller DST tie ups
- Manage a team of sales executives
Required :
- Experience selling to businesses, specifically to SMEs, corporates, governments, schools and colleges
- Experience across the sales cycle, from new lead generation to closing of the sale
- Good verbal and written communications skills
Skills required :
- Experience in managing and training team
- Experience selling product that require push-sales with quick turnaround time
- Passionate about the latest and greatest technology
