Job Description :
As a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional clients, providing expert advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand clients' financial goals and develop customized strategies to achieve them.
- Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, asset allocation, and wealth management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Monitor and assess clients' portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bengali (written and spoken).
