Relationship Manager - Sales - EduTech (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for a Relationship Manager with 3-5 years of experience for Noida (NCR) based Global Edutech Company, their presence in USA, India, Middle East (UAE), Philippines, & other geographies.
The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads, handle sales-ready leads, have prior conversion experience, be flexible as per business needs and work well with others, be knowledgeable about various conversion techniques, have good MS-Office (MS-excel) experience, and excellent communication skills (written & oral)

Responsibilities Include :
- Conversions of calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area.
- Maintaining a comprehensive activity history and to-do task list in CRM
- Maintaining positive relationships with prospects.
- Keeping track of actual work done vs. targets
- Able to resolve Document issues which are hampering productivity
- Stick to the organization's defined process
- Seek input from your immediate supervisor on a frequent basis.
- Maintain a healthy & co- operative environment in the Team
- Disseminate learning across the team.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date status information.
- Demonstrated success in resolving work-related conflicts.
- Prior project management experience and knowledge of Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt would be advantageous.
Preference : Good academic background, Well Spoken English, Must have a sales drive & Immediate to Join.
