Job Position - Relationship Manager

Job Location - Delhi/Pune/Vadodara/Coimbatore

Experience required - 6Months+

Job Description :

- Establish new partnerships with study abroad admission companies/consultants/International language coaching institutes, Coaching Centres (GRE, GMAT etc), Visa and Immigration companies, wealth managers/connectors/DSAs by field marketing initiatives and through social media channels to expand our reach and engagement.

- Regularly follow up with partners to generate new loan leads and share it with the operations team to get the students loan done while keeping the partners updated on the progress.

- Monitor the business flow from the partners and organize monthly business review meetings to discuss challenges, upcoming opportunities, and collaboration possibilities.

- Work closely with internal teams (Loan Counselors, Finance, Tech, Marketing) to address partner queries and requests.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team for social media collaborations with the partners, such as Instagram Live sessions, and to provide marketing materials as needed.

Responsibilities :

- Develop strategies to identify and approach potential students through partnerships with educational consultants, overseas education fairs, and social media platforms.

- Regularly follow up with partners to generate new loan leads and share it with the operations team to get the students loan done while keeping the partners updated on the progress.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and student preferences to enhance product features and sales strategies.

- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and suggestions for product improvement.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and loan processing, adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain and update records in the CRM system to track leads, conversion rates, and client data.

- Drive loan acquisition and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Specification :

- Must be good in communication

Language : English and local language

Office Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM (With alternate Saturdays off and Fixed Sundays Off)

Academic Qualifications - Any graduate

Remarks- There will be one week training held in Delhi and all the expenses will be borne by the company.
