Urgent opening of Relationship manager (Female) in one of the leading overseas education consultant company

Location - Chennai

JD :

- Visit regional educational institutes to develop a relationship for the company

- Ensure visibility for Education Matters at regional education Institutes.

- Responsible for the collection of database from various institutions.

- Telecalling to fix appointments and for the collection of data

- Interact and advise potential candidates about study and work opportunities in the United Kingdom

- Assist with promoting partner institutions. This will include and not be restricted to generating leads from universities, colleges, schools, telemarketing, follow ups and counseling session.

- Maintain accurate ledger and computer records of the data collected.

- Must be target oriented in collecting the required database from institutions.

- Should support/ coordinate/ implement activities / events organized.

- Deliver session/presentations on - Study and work opportunities in the UK- (Ireland/USA/Canada/Australia) to relevant audiences.

- Must be willing to travel pan India.

- Support the marketing team in telemarketing/direct marketing/advertising/organizing events/ visiting schools and colleges.

- Use the internal software effectively

- Should identify the potential clients and communicates through telephone or e-mail to schedule a meeting. He presents the information regarding products and services offered by the organization and also suggest custom solutions that best fit the client's requirements.

- Must communicates with the clients regularly. He/She resolves their queries and complains and ensures that timely solution is provided to maintain a cordial relationship.

Qualifications and Experience Required

- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.

- At least 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management will be beneficial but not essential.
