Roles & Responsibilities :
- Tie-up with colleges, universities and institutions for CareerTech platform and its digital/ offline courses
- Build relationships with a network of colleges, training institutes etc. and their placement offices.
- Answer student's/candidate's questions about the culture, pay, benefits, career paths and development
- Creating a strong sales funnel by generating leads through various college/ institutional activities
- Students/ candidates on boarding and retention, as well as market share
- Maintain a three-month rolling projection for candidate on-boarding
- Assist the students/ candidates by means of consultative selling and value proposition
- Utilizing available resources efficiently to achieve business objectives
- Collect market intelligence regarding student/ candidate requirements, competitor products, and strategies
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for the specified territory and product
- Achieve consistent sales by meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Work closely with other departments as per business requirements
- Any additional tasks that are necessary for you to fulfil your function and responsibilities successfully
