- The role requires strong understanding of the product and problem solving skills to come up with tactful strategies and solutions related to technical and business related problems.

- The role requires a person with strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with existing clients and maintain a healthy and working relation. The role also requires constant update of the new strategies that- ll be added in order to provide more service to the clients.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The incumbent should have experience in Public Relation/Client Relation handling.

- They must have worked in creating strategies to spread awareness about the product.

- The incumbent should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients on various levels and explain them the strategies and introduce them with new and upcoming new strategies so that the clients are up-to-date with our product

- He/She must be able to understand the requirements of the client and tell the clients appropriate pack related to their usage in app so that they can be benefitted with the app.

- The incumbent must possess strong problem solving and analyzing skills so that they can assess the technical or business related problems, the client is facing and come up with the possible solution and provides them.

- Should be able to handle all the technical queries tactfully and resolve on time

- The incumbent must be able to come out with ways in order to increase the market presence of the product.

- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

- Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail

- The incumbent should have good knowledge of how to use tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and basic knowledge of social media tools

- The incumbent would be required to train the new junior subordinates.

- Honest, ethical, and dependable

- Positive, go-getter attitude
