About the Job: Learner Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic relationship manager to manage our learner base. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential learners to join the Unacademy platform and also resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

- Cold call potential learners and acquire them to be active on our platform.

- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as inside sales associate

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in English and Hindi

- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

- Persistent and results-oriented

- Flexible to work in shifts
