Responsibilities of candidates include :
- To develop and implement short and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
- Always Motivate other team members
- Generate new customer leads through various channels
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients
- Up- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
- To Cross-Sell TPP Like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products Etc.
- The Primary Responsibility Is To Drive The Insurance Sales For The Company.
