Relationship Manager - Sales/Customer Service - Working Capital - BFS (2-10 yrs)
Requirement :
1. The candidate should be MBA(Finance/Marketing)/ CA/CS/CFA/ M.Com.
2. The candidate should have minimum 2 - 7 years of Sales experience in banking domain out of which minimum 2 years in asset product sale i.e. CC, OD, TL, Bank Guarantee, Letter of credit, PCFC etc.
3. The candidates should be part of SME - asset sales team of ICICI, HDFC, Axis, DCB, DBS, Yes Bank, Equitas, Kotak, Standard Chartered, RBL, CSB bank, TATA capital & Aditya Birla SME.
4. The candidates should have experience in NCR geography.
5. The candidate should have flair of banking SME asset product sales flair with good market connect and understanding.
6. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Responsibilities :
1. Managing relationships with customers.
2. Identifying and communicating customer needs.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Resolving customer issues and concerns.
5. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base
