Relationship Manager - Sales - Current Account (3-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Manage and grow the current account portfolio by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing customers
- Understand customers' financial needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements
- Offer a wide range of banking products and services, including accounts, loans, cards, and investments
- Achieve sales targets and cross-sell other banking products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and
operational excellence
- Represent the bank in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service in the banking industry, preferably with exposure to current accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to use technology platforms and software for banking operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
