Relationship Manager - Sales - Corporate Business Banking (1-6 yrs)
As a Corporate Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of business clients, offering a range of banking products and services tailored to their unique needs.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business owners and enterprises.
- Understand the financial goals and requirements of clients to provide personalized banking solutions.
- Sell business-banking products: Current Accounts, Business Loans, CC, OD, Insurance, POS, and CMS.
- Cross-sell additional products to enhance the overall financial relationship with clients.
- Provide expert financial advice to clients.
- Recommend banking products aligned with client objectives.
Desired Candidates Profiles:
- Proven work experience of 1 to 5 Years in Core Retail Liability Banking Sales/Insurance/Investment domain.
- Possess good servicing and relationship management skills.
- Aggressive salesperson and a go-getter who could work under pressure and defined targets.
- Needs to have a good knowledge of Liability products, TPP products viz. MF, Life, General Insurance etc.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills both written and oral and a pleasing personality.
