Designation : Relationship Manager - Commercial Real Estate
Experience : 6-13 years in relationship management in Real estate or Construction finance
Grade : Mid to Senior Level
Location : Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata
Role & Responsibilities :
- Exploring and scanning the market for the origination of real estate transactions from both the primary and secondary (existing lender/investor) markets, including high yield deals, special situation deals, and lease rental discounting transactions across standard asset classes.
- Coming up with ideas for financing, restructuring, settlement, and advising mandates in collaboration with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.
- To assess the real estate asset category overall, comprehension abilities are required.
- Creating pitches with financing options and designing acceptable credit solutions;
- Constant interaction with internal partnerships, agencies, investors, and coverage teams
- Preparation of IM & analytical material for internal do-ability assessment and for external investors - cash flow models, information docket, etc.
- Closure of deal including sanctions, due diligences, documentation and funding.
