Role Overview:

- We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager to take charge of lead generation, post-sales engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.


- In this hybrid role, you'll not only be at the forefront of bringing in new leads, but you'll also be instrumental in maintaining long-term relationships by managing feedback and resolving issues, ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and nurture leads through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align customer needs with our innovative solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.

- Post-Sales Engagement: Take ownership of post-sales processes, ensuring the transition from sale to delivery is seamless, and delivering on customer expectations.

- Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a superior experience.

- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Lead Generation Expertise: Ability to identify and generate high-quality leads through strategic and proactive outreach.

- Collaboration: Excellent at working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for resolving issues quickly and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients, resulting in long-term business success.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Minimum graduate-level education.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in relationship management, lead generation, or customer success roles.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.

- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
