Relationship Manager - Sales - Car Leasing (5-15 yrs)
Responsible for Sales target of the region.
Context :
The jobholder will work closely with the RM Sales to implement effective sales targets.
Decision Making Authority
- The jobholder will have day to day responsibility over the functioning of the scope as identified in this description and as given to him/ her from time to time by the RM Sales
Financials :
- To operate within approved budgets. Main Priorities
- Achieving sales target and gross additions by hunting, farming & collection.
Key Outputs :
- Achieving Gross Additions
- Business Development : New MLA & New prospects
- Collections
- Development of new prospect.
- Adherence & Hygiene Qualifications: Graduate
Knowledge: knowledge of car leasing business.
Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in relation to English and the local language where the premises is situated
- High process orientation and analytical skills, specially attention to detail
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
Experience : Min 4-10 yrs.
- Preferably from the same industry
- Must have an experience in working in similar profile or with understating Leasing industry.
Maintain Relationships
Internal: Fleet, CMT and Accounts Team
External: Clients Critical Attributes (Must Haves)
1. Corporate Sales
2. Customer service skills
3. Negotiating and influencing skills
4. Knowledge of Leasing or BFSI sector.
