Relationship Manager - Sales - Business Loan (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- To service the leads referred by Store fronts/central marketing campaigns/cross sell
- Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counseling and handholding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
- Generating leads through local activities like organizing camps/canopy activities/leaflet distribution/Lobby management at assigned storefront /branch
- Ensuring that customer doesn- t become a nonstarter i.e. helping collections to recover EMIs in case of default.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Good Negotiation skill.
- Convincing power.
