We have urgent opening for the post of Relationship Manager E-sales into broking /stock/share market company
Qualification - Graduate or Post graduate only
Male or female
Job profile :
1. Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds
2. Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
3. To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
4. To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
5. To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
Skills :
1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.
2. Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi
3. Basic Share Market & Mutual Fund is mandatory
Key parameter for screening :
- Aggressive/sales oriented candidates
- Mutual Fund knowledge is MUST.
Salary -3 Lacs
Location- Thane west (pick up and drop facility from Thane station to office)
