Relationship Manager - Sales - Branch Banking (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Preferred Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Retail Branch Banking team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of High Net-worth Individual (HNI) clients, spearhead new client acquisition, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop deep client relationships, understanding their financial needs and aspirations.
- Build trust and loyalty, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with the bank.
- Proactively identify and target potential HNI clients within the assigned territory.
- Develop compelling value propositions and effectively present them to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into clients, exceeding acquisition targets and contributing to branch growth.
- Set ambitious but achievable sales goals for liabilities, assets, wealth management products, and other relevant offerings.
- Implement effective sales strategies and consistently exceed assigned targets.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Minimum 2-9 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or a similar role.
- Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
