Job Description:
- We are currently hiring a highly motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our client's Branch Banking team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with High Net Worth Customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to bank policies.
- Your primary focus will be on liabilities, cross-selling existing bank products, and informing customers about new products and enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship.
- Additionally, you will be involved in planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events to attract prospective and existing clients.
- Collaboration with other group companies will be essential to provide seamless access to a comprehensive range of products.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, tracking and resolving customer complaints/queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Customers, delivering personalized customer service.
- Cross-sell existing bank products to customers.
- Inform customers about new products and enhancements to expand the banking relationship.
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with other group companies to provide seamless access to additional products
- Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
-Track customer complaints/queries and ensure timely resolution for customer satisfaction
- Generate and maintain MIS reports
Requirements :
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience Profile :
Graduates : 4-6 years of experience with AMFI/IRDA certification
Postgraduates : 2-4 years of experience with AMFI/IRDA certification
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- High energy level and self-driven approach
