Relationship Manager - Sales - Branch Banking (2-6 yrs)

Education : Graduates/Post graduates with AMFI/IRDA certification
Must Have : Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service, high energy level and self-driven approach

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Customers, delivering personalized customer service
- Cross-sell existing bank products to customers
- Inform customers about new products and enhancements to expand the banking relationship
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with other group companies to provide seamless access to additional products
- Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
- Track customer complaints/queries and ensure timely resolution for customer satisfaction
- Generate and maintain MIS reports
