- Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
- Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
- Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
- Support enquiries through website chat channel.
- Call and follow up the enquiries through the phone.
- Guide and coach participants with dedicated customer success processes.
- Maintain high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
- Identify common client challenges and actively counsel higher solutions.
