Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.

- To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.

- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/ cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service are met at all times.

- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.

- Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.

- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.

Candidate Profile :

- Should have a minimum of Bachelor's degree

- Experience of 1 - 5 years preferred.

- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.

- Should posses sound knowledge about the local market and local language

- Possess strong communication skills

Desired Industry :

- FMCG, consumer durables industry, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, insurance and real estate. etc

Location : Bangalore (on site)

Language : English, Kannada (Mandate)

Mode of interview : walk-in

- CTC up to 3.20 to 4.20 LPA + 1 Retention bonus
