Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Primarily responsible for servicing existing client relationships as well as onboarding new clients.
- Scheduling calls, conducting portfolio reviews, product investment details to ensure clients are satisfied with their portfolio performance.
- Over time, you will also be expected to grow and manage client portfolios
- You will have client NPS score targets and other KPIs set by the Team Head.
- You will need to collaborate with key personnel in other teams for effective servicing of clients.
Requirements :
- 5 - 8 yrs of experience in Wealth Management or Financial services in a relevant role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Digital first thinking/ability to adapt to new technologies
