Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank services and products to existing clients, enhancing their banking experience.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their financial needs, review account status, and discuss new opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities to track progress and performance.
Skills Needed :

- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
