Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our life insurance division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions to meet those needs.

- Educate clients on various life insurance products and their benefits.

- Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios and make necessary adjustments.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

- Prepare and present sales proposals and policy recommendations.

- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and customer service.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor, or similar role in the life insurance or financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial planning concepts.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in client relationship management within the life insurance sector.

- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.

- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
