Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel for Life Insurance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, providing personalized insurance solutions and addressing their needs.
- Achieve sales targets through direct interactions, offering products and services that meet clients' financial goals.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert advice on life insurance policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Requirement s:
- Bachelor degree is mandatory.
- Candidate must be local.
- Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
