- Monitoring advisors to ensure they execute their tasks and deliver effective customer care.
- Setting frequent goals for the organization to enhance progress.

- Recruit and train new Financial Advisors
- Ensuring that all agents respect the company's and the government's rules, particularly in the insurance industry.
- Monitoring progress and guiding how to improve performance
- Creating creative techniques to address market trends.
Candidate Ciratearea:
- Any graduate.
- Two or more years of sales experience
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Able to travel regularly.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with Salesforce
