- A Relationship Manager is a professional who assists in developing and supporting robust consumer associations, both within a corporation as well as with outside clients.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for permitting and tracking the activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, and mediators on a regular basis and conserve records of the same in an affianced manner.
- Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
- Monitoring key round developments and ensuring the flow of information to the organization
