Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Pay includes additional incentives and bonuses up to 3.75 LPA.
Principal Positions :
- Reaching sales targets by interacting with leads that are sent.
- Reaching out to prospective customers in the allocated areas to understand their budgetary needs and provide appropriate insurance choices.
- Regularly keeping daily contact with clients.
- Providing clients with pre- and post-purchase assistance.
- Maintaining company standards and encouraging customer loyalty.
Candidate Overview :
- It is required to graduate.
- Experience with BFSI and life insurance for at least a year.
- Age range : 22-38.
- Candidates must have spent at least three to five years as natives of the area.
