Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Obligations :
- Work on the leads that have been assigned to you (by Nationalise Banks), and make referrals on each customer visit.
- Meet sales goals established by the company on a monthly basis.
- Based on the customers' life cycle demands and those set forth by the organisation, cross-sell and up-sell Life Insurance products are made.
- Approaching clients to provide insurance products based on appointments while conducting daily business
- Ensure that thorough financial need analyses of customers are conducted, then offer insurance solutions based on the results.
- Strict adherence to the policies and procedures of the company.
- Give the reporting manager the precise projections, updates, and reports they need.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Age is 21 to 38 Years
- Minimum 2 years of BFSI sales experience
