Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of agency channel sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities.
- Deeply understand Surat's market, including its unique cultural nuances, business landscape, and competitive dynamics.
- Ensure the team has a strong understanding of our products and services, and stay updated on industry trends.
Candidate requirements :
- 1+ experience in field sales and marketing
- Any graduate or post graduate
- Any local candidates.
- Age : 21 - 38 years.
- Maximum CTC : 4.00 LPA.
