Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Promoting banking services and products to the target audience through door-to-door interactions.
- Identifying client needs and recommending suitable financial products.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance retention, satisfaction, and overall service quality.
- Managing leads generated by other business divisions and taking necessary steps to convert these leads into successful sales.
- Keeping updated with the latest banking sector offerings and services.
- Providing the team leader with daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and updates on sales-related activities.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and timely client onboarding.
