Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are in search of a proactive and results-focused Agency Sales Manager to join our team within the Insurance industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet established targets
- Oversee and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with agency collaborators
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to pinpoint growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote product usage
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Ideal candidates should be between 22 and 38 years old
- Strong skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation
- Goal-oriented with the ability to effectively manage a team
