Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Consultative Sales Associate/Senior Associate/Relationship Manager to engage with potential customers rigorously, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar customer engagement or consultative calling role, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively connect with interested customers and understand their specific needs, preferences, and pain points.

- Engage in consultative discussions to offer personalized solutions, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Rigorously follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.

- Educate customers about product offerings, services, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.

- Work closely with internal/External teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in consultative sales, customer engagement, inside sales, or tele calling.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.

- Sales Mindset: Strong persuasion skills with a consultative approach to selling rather than hard selling.

- Follow-Up Expertise: Ability to engage and retain customers through rigorous follow-ups.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office.

- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-driven environment while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales, inside sales, or relationship management.

- Background in fintech, edtech, banking, insurance, or SaaS sales industries.

- Become familiar with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
