Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
The Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining extensive knowledge of company products, cultivating strong client relationships, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They provide personalized consultations, promptly resolve issues, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct research to explore and pursue new business opportunities.
- Understand clients' needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide comprehensive product/service consultations to guide clients in their decision-making.
- Efficiently resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Meet established sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain robust client and business relationships.
