Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Relationship managers supervise a number of separate stores, offices, or business branches within companies and organizations. As a regional manager, you- re accountable for the staffing, profit, performance, and other operations at each branch you manage.
Responsibilities :
Through direct and indirect means, relationship managers help firms improve relationships with clients and partners. Relationship management has two areas of focus: clients and business partners. Relationship managers use data to look for trends and problems and analyze communications, contracts, and negotiations. The insights are used to refine company practices
Key abilities:
1. Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration.
2. Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region.
3. Ensure that all branches follow safety, health, and business laws and regulations.
4. Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team for the planning of large events.
6. Maximize company profits at the branches you supervise.
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 1 to 2 Year experience required Sales and Marketing of Life insurance and BFSI
CTC: 2.60 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus (40k)
Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
