Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Summary :
In the aforesaid context, the CSM job is responsible for supervising business deliveries and tie-ups, as well as primarily growing the business with profits as Channel Management Agents.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage producers' daily work to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Coach and guide to cross-sell and expand the business.
- Make individual agents grow by at least 20% per year.
- Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding license and commission payments for agents
- Responsible for assuring the quality of applications.
- Support and guide the producers in all actions linked to policy services.
- Train agents on the Company's products, processes, and unique selling points.
Desired Candidate :
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/business line in Retail Sales.
- Any Graduate
