Qualification - Any Graduation or B.com/BBA
Primary Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Calling on fresh leads generated from various sources to offer full range of Jarvis products/subscriptions.
- Upsell/Cross-sell
- Approach existing customers and explore the possibility of offering add-ons or alternative subscriptions to boost sales
Renewals :
- Calling Customers before the end of their tenure to understand their journey and ensure maximum retention.
- Follow calling scripts and probe to understand and target the needs and interests of customers
- Maintain call logs, MIS and reporting details regarding calls.
Service :
- Addressing the customer queries with timely responses, and collecting reviews and ratings for the service.
- Coordinating with the back-end team and making any necessary developments on the app or portal and also help identifying the bugs.
