What You'll Learn During Training :

- Gold Appraisal : Learn the intricacies of valuing gold accurately.

- Lead Generation : Master the skills needed to generate valuable leads.

- Customer Relationship Management : Develop expertise in building and managing customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Accurate Valuation : Ensure precise gold valuation by capturing correct caratage, deducting for stones properly, and avoiding spurious ornaments.

- Ethical Standards Compliance : Adhere to high ethical standards and follow all policies, including KYC procedures. Verify customers' KYC details and complete their online registration.

- Loan Coordination : Collaborate closely with the Manager and other stakeholders to facilitate loan approvals.

- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones to boost renewals and referrals.

- Customer Support : Address customer queries and provide support during the loan processing stage.

- Business Development : Engage in activities to enhance Gold Loan's visibility and generate leads in your assigned areas.
