Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (4-15 yrs)
- Advising clients about financial products and services
- Determining the best strategies to meet clients' financial goals and analyzing financial information from clients.
- Examining investment options to determine compatibility for client financial plans.
- Implementing wealth accumulation strategies and management strategies, which may include complex and sophisticated approaches to reach your life goals.
- Meeting Sales targets of Inflows.
- Establish and maintain stronger relationship with existing high net worth investors and thus generating business and references to meet the sales targets assigned.
- Efficient in making calls and meetings with high-net-worth investors.
- Achieve given targets on cross selling, upselling and SIP/STPs.
- Providing excellent customer service and helps investors with financial planning to the HNI's/UHNI's
- To handle portfolio of HNI/UHNI customers and cross sell various products according to clients need.
- Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers who meet product criteria.
- Enhance the Overall value/book size of the portfolio.
- Maintain the overall quality/hygiene parameters of the portfolio.
- Attrition control of customers
- Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets
- Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback to improve the performance and develop future talent.
- Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision- making and close deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management.
- Strong understanding of equity products and markets.
- Excellent Sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients.
