Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (3-13 yrs)
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 10-12 front-line employees, assisting and guiding them in meeting their monthly/quarterly/yearly goals.
- Align team members with the Company's employees and company objectives.
- Participate in joint fieldwork to support assigned team and advisors.
- For a long and successful career, lead a team of front-line managers and advisors.
- Recruit and train a group of Unit/Development/Agency managers (Front line employees)
- Schedule regular learning and development sessions for the team.
- Begin lead capture activities to assist the assigned team in delivering high quality and profitable growth through need-based selling.
- Find new revenue-generating opportunities and increase market share.
Requirements for Applicants : A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field is needed, as well as 2+ years of sales experience.
