Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Researching the backgrounds of potential clients to determine the best approach for developing a new relationship or deepening an existing one
- Initiating contact with potential clients to introduce their company and generate interest in their products or services
- Reviewing client contracts to ensure they comply with industry standards or internal policies
- Preparing reports on project status and client interaction details, such as meetings held, calls made, and emails sent
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and recommend solutions based on their company's products or services.
- Providing clients with information about new products or services that may be of interest to them.
- Building relationships with clients by attending social functions or other events where they can interact with them in a non-business setting
- Coordinating with other members of the marketing team to develop strategic plans for increasing awareness of a company's brand among target audiences
- Developing proposals for new business ventures based on findings from market research
